EC2 Dedicated Hosts support host resource groups without self-managed licenses
Amazon EC2 Dedicated Hosts now allow creating Host Resource Groups (HRGs) without requiring self-managed licenses and AMI associations via AWS License Manager. AWS Lambda Managed Instances logs now available in CloudWatch
