AWS Lambda Managed Instances logs now available in CloudWatch
AWS Lambda now publishes logs for Lambda Managed Instances (LMI) capacity providers to Amazon CloudWatch Logs. This provides visibility into scaling activity and instance lifecycle operations, helping customers monitor and troubleshoot their EC2 instances used for Lambda functions. The logs are automatically enabled by default in all commercial AWS regions where LMI is available and are structured in JSON format for easier filtering and analysis.

- Log availability and configuration
Capacity provider logs are available in all AWS Commercial Regions where LMI is supported and are enabled by default. Customers can view these logs in the Lambda console or configure them using the Lambda API, AWS CLI, SAM, or CloudFormation.
