Amazon SNS SMS sending now available in Seoul region
Amazon SNS now supports sending SMS messages from the Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region to over 200 countries and territories. This expands the global reach of SNS for customers using the Seoul region, enabling them to broadcast SMS via AWS End User Messaging. This feature is now generally available for users operating in the Seoul region.

Customers using Amazon SNS in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region can now send SMS messages to subscribers in over 200 countries and territories. This new capability allows phone numbers to be subscribed to SNS topics and SMS messages to be broadcast through AWS End User Messaging.
