Google Cloud Contact Center Web SDK v2 to be shut down

Google Cloud announced the shutdown of the Contact Center as a Service Web SDK version 2, scheduled for June 26, 2026. This change necessitates that users migrate to version 3 to maintain integration and avoid disruption. No new features will be added to v2 as the focus shifts to the newer version.

Web SDK version 2 will be shut down on June 26, 2026 On June 26, 2025, we announced the launch of Web SDK version 3 . Starting on June 26, 2026 , the web SDK v2 will no longer be supported. Be sure to update your website to use the web SDK v3 to avoid disrupting your integration with the web SDK. We are no longer adding new features to the web SDK v2.
