Cloud Tasks now available in Doha and Dammam

Cloud Tasks has expanded its availability to two new regions: me-central1 (Doha, Qatar) and me-central2 (Dammam, Saudi Arabia). This expansion provides users in these locations with access to the managed task queue service. These new regions are now generally available.
