Cloud Service Mesh now supports IP auto-allocation with DNS Proxy for clusters using the TRAFFIC_DIRECTOR implementation. This enhancement simplifies network configuration for users in the Rapid release channel. The feature is available for those managing service meshes on Google Cloud.
