Cloud Scheduler expands to new GCP regions

Cloud Scheduler is now available in three new Google Cloud Platform regions: europe-west8 (Milan, Italy), europe-west9 (Paris, France), and us-south1 (Dallas, United States). This expansion provides users with more options for deploying their scheduled jobs closer to their applications or users, potentially improving latency and availability. The feature is now generally available in these locations.
