Claude Adds Monthly Usage Recap and Focus Tools

A new 'Monthly Recap' feature, accessible via Settings > Reflect, displays topics users have focused on, their most active day, and peak hour for interacting with Claude. This feature is currently in beta for Free, Pro, and Max plan users on the web and Claude Desktop and requires memory to be enabled.
- Time and focus settings introduced
The Settings > Time and focus section now offers optional features such as break reminders and quiet hours. These tools are designed to help users manage their time and focus while working with Claude.
