Azure Database for PostgreSQL now supports PgBouncer 1.25.1

Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server now generally supports PgBouncer 1.25.1. This built-in connection pooling feature helps scale to thousands of connections by efficiently managing idle and short-lived connections.
