Azure AI Language features to be retired March 31, 2029

Microsoft will retire eight Azure AI Language features on March 31, 2029. These include Key Phrase Extraction, Sentiment Analysis, Custom Text Classification, Conversational Language Understanding, and Custom Question Answering. Affected users should migrate to newer capabilities before the retirement date.
