Features (1) ›
- Introduce autonomous tech debt analysis and remediation
AWS Transform – continuous modernization offers a new capability for autonomous tech debt analysis and remediation at scale, scanning code repositories against configurable baselines and generating findings. It provides out-of-the-box remediation transformations and allows for custom patterns, automatically generating pull requests for affected repositories.
Enhancements (2) ›
- Integrate security vulnerability remediation
This new AWS Transform capability integrates with AWS Security Agent to detect and remediate security vulnerabilities at the source-code level. Security findings are incorporated into the same prioritized list and pull-request workflow as other tech debt items.
- Support continuous and campaign modernization modes
The new capabilities support two modernization approaches: continuous mode for day-to-day tasks like library upgrades and security patches, and campaign mode for larger, project-based efforts like framework migrations or major runtime upgrades.
Notes (1) ›
- Availability and getting started
AWS Transform – continuous modernization is available today in preview. Users can access it through the AWS Transform web application, AWS Transform Kiro Power, or via MCP and skills for integration with coding agents.
