Anthropic SDK Python v0.114.0 adds Sonnet 5 API support

Anthropic's Python SDK has been updated to version 0.114.0, introducing support for the Claude-Sonnet-5 model API. This release also fixes an issue with agent toolsets allowing absolute paths within the working directory. The update is available now for users of the Python SDK.
