Amazon Connect adds audio optimization for Azure Virtual Desktop
Amazon Connect now offers audio optimization for agents using Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC, enabling direct call handling from virtual desktop sessions. This feature redirects media to the agent's local device, enhancing audio quality. It requires a one-time setup by IT administrators and is available in most AWS Regions where Amazon Connect is offered.
