AlloyDB for PostgreSQL adds Solr external search preview

AlloyDB for PostgreSQL now supports Apache Solr via the external_search_fdw extension in a preview release. This allows direct querying of Solr cluster data from within the database. The feature is available to AlloyDB users and enables hybrid transactional and analytical processing by integrating search capabilities.
